Mao Feng, Caffeine and Antioxidants
Each year Camellia Sinensis sends a selection of teas to the laboratory to test for caffeine and antioxidant content. Having been testing teas for many years there seems to be a general rule that teas that are high in antioxidants are often high in caffeine too. Because of this, the results for our Mao Feng really surprised us. It is one of the highest results yet for antioxidant content while being surprisingly low in caffeine.
